We are pleased to announce that Kasper Sottrup-Jensen will join Bel Air as Chief Operating Officer, effective January 2025.
Kasper holds an M.Sc. in Industrial IT and a B.Sc. in Strategic Management and Business Administration. He brings over 18 years of experience as a global business executive, leading major business units with a strong focus on value-based leadership and clear strategic direction. Throughout his career, Kasper has successfully managed multicultural teams of more than 1,000 employees both offshore and onshore, and has extensive experience in strategy implementation.
Prior to joining Bel Air, Kasper served as Senior Director for Manpower & Resources at Semco Maritime in Esbjerg. His previous roles include COO at Maersk Training, Deputy Operations Manager at Maersk Drilling, and project management and consultancy positions at Novo Nordisk and Cowi.
