Purpose:
The object of Compliance Monitoring is to ensure conformity regarding Safety and Compliance systems and programme, applicable legislation, standards and requirements.
The function reports to our Accountable Manager and your workplace will be located at our Headquarter facilities in Esbjerg Airport, but some travel between our Headquarter and our Base facilities in Den Helder in the Netherlands will be required.
As Compliance Monitoring Manager:

Primary tasks and responsibilities:
• Monitoring activities in the fields of flight operations, air crew training, continuous airworthiness, ground operations and aircraft maintenance at all Bel Air bases, thus ensuring that the standards required by the EU regulations, and any additional requirements defined by Bel Air Aviation A/S, are being carried out properly under the supervision of the relevant nominated post-holder.
• Ensuring that our Compliance Monitoring Program is properly observed, maintained and developed.
• Being a part of our Safety Group.
• Monitoring Bel Air subcontractors to ensure that they meet our strict safety and compliance standards.
• Taking part in audits and contributing to documentation of Bel Air compliance monitoring.
About you:

Your experience:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
• Thorough knowledge of the EASA regulation EU 965/2012 and EU 1321/2014.
• Preferably experience from an operational and technical environment.
• Qualified to be approved by the Danish Civil Aviation Authority in order to conduct duties as Compliance Monitoring Manager within Bel Air Aviation A/S.
• Relevant knowledge, background and appropriate experience related to the activities of Bel Air Aviation A/S.
• Relevant pilot, engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education that is acceptable to the competent authorities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT systems and administration tasks.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Proactive, action- and solution-oriented.
• Honest and loyal.
