We are pleased to announce a new strategic collaboration between Helicopter Solutions ApS, Bel Air Aviation A/S, and Emerald Pacific Airlines, Taiwan, aimed at delivering specialized aviation solutions for offshore wind projects in Taiwan.
The three companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking their joint commitment to developing comprehensive aviation services for the offshore wind industry in Taiwan. This includes not only operational support for wind farm development and maintenance, but also the creation of aviation training programs and facilities to meet ongoing client requirements.
As a next step, the focus will be on designing tailored aviation solutions that support every stage of offshore wind farm development—from construction through to long-term service operations.
Emerald Pacific Airlines, the largest commercial operator of Leonardo Helicopters in Taiwan, will lead operational and technical services locally. Bel Air Aviation will contribute fleet resources and operational support, while Helicopter Solutions ApS will oversee asset and implementation management.
With the combined expertise and capabilities of all three partners, this collaboration is set to deliver safe, sustainable, and flexible helicopter services for the growing offshore wind sector in Taiwan. By leveraging advanced aviation technologies, deep industry knowledge, and a shared commitment to operational excellence, we aim to offer robust support to renewable energy projects across the region.
