Special helicopter flight event for children from Sydvestjysk Sygehus

This past Saturday, we had the honour of welcoming 64 courageous children from Sydvestjysk Sygehus in Esbjerg for a very special scenic helicopter flight event. Each child, joined by a family member or friend, had the chance to soar above Esbjerg in one of our AW189 helicopters—an experience filled with excitement and wonder.

The day began with a warm welcome at our facilities, where the children were introduced to the story of Bel Air, given a tour, and received a thorough safety briefing to ensure everyone felt comfortable and ready for their flight.

After their unforgettable experience in the skies, the celebration continued on the ground with post-flight festivities. Each child received a diploma and a goodie bag, while everyone enjoyed delicious snacks and refreshing slush-ice.

The joy and smiles we witnessed throughout the day made this event incredibly meaningful for all of us. It was a day filled with hope, laughter, and lasting memories—one we hope to repeat again next summer.
