Susanne Hessellund wins Danish owner-manager award 2014

Bel Air and Susanne Hessellund have won the Danish owner-manager winner of the year 2014 in PWC in Hellerup.

Owner-manager of the year is awarded in each of the five regions of Denmark and awards a leader who both owns and drives a business, and has demonstrated best practice in owner management. Hereafter the five winners compete for the final Danish winner award.

The jury elected Susanne Hessellund as winner of the Owner-manager of the year based on the following:

• Susanne has created a company with growth possibilities thanks to the highly qualified employees who all have adopted company spirit. Susanne is very visible in the everyday work in the company and keeps in close contact with the customers. Susanne has really understood the link between content employees and success within the market toward the customers.
  
  • Bel Air has experienced an impressive growth throughout the past years. The story of the impressive development of the company in a unique business is especially linked to the owner manager Susanne who has got real presence in the company and created a corporate culture that includes all employees.
  
  • Bel Air is also a family friendly company and Susanne is frontrunner with her six children who often come to the offices. The employees are included in the journey Bel Air together with their families. This means that there is a unique team spirit among the employees and they are ready to go the extra mile.

The award was handed over at PwC in Hellerup, where 250 business people attended the celebration.
