Bel Air prioritizes effective and ongoing training. All employees participate in regular continuation training within their specific areas, including advanced flight simulator sessions, theoretical courses, emergency procedures, and administrative training.

Our HSE team

The HSE team is committed to maintaining a strong safety culture by ensuring that all suggestions and reports submitted through our electronic HSE system are reviewed promptly, thoroughly, and with a focus on continuous improvement.

Our HSE team meets regularly to address and improve workplace conditions. Action plans are developed during these meetings and tasks are assigned to tackle identified challenges. All employees can submit new cases via the web-based HSE system.

The HSE team includes employees from various departments, ensuring skilled and effective case handling. The electronic HSE system tracks the status of all cases and action plans, providing full transparency to the board, management, and staff.
